We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join us.
You will be responsible for bringing your regional experience and knowledge of global HR best practice to revamp and reshape our policies, processes and procedures.
You will be solely responsible for implementing an HR vision that aligns with the culture of the business and provides an employee experience that keeps us both competitive and in line with the local market.
You will on-board new hires, develop performance management policy, contribute to human resource strategy and respond in a positive and agile manner to the evolving needs of a growing scale-up organisation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update and implement all HR policies and procedures
- Develop performance management policy and process
- Manage the induction process and onboarding of new employees
- Update and roll out a new and improved employee handbook
- Update our offer letter, contracts and additional templates to reflect industry standards
- Advise on protection of company data, supporting with NDAs and any employee disputes
- Manage all employee data including holiday leave, sick leave and support with payroll
- Support the Recruitment Manager with the on-going recruitment objectives
- Support the Office Manager with visa applications and renewals
- Support line managers to achieve organisational objectives by identifying skill gaps and training needs
What We Require
- 5+ years of experience in the same or similar role
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar field
- Expert understanding of UAE employment law and local HR policy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proactive and agile, we're a growing business and priorities will shift and evolve
- xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
