Atheeb Intergraph Saudi Company (AISC) was established in 1985 as part of the Atheeb Group under the chairmanship and ownership of HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Corporate headquarters is located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with two additional offices in Al-Khobar and Jeddah.

AISC works extensively throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with three sister companies located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Muscat.

AISC and all of the above mentioned companies are under the executive leadership and management of the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Saad Omar Albaiz, who is responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the strategic financial and operational vision and leadership for all business verticals within each respective company.
