The
Customer Response Center logs all call information into
a computerized database and subsequently assigns the
call to a support engineer.
The
engineer then investigates the problem and updates the
log sheet. If the problem cannot be resolved at this
local level, a formal Trouble Report is filed and the
problem is escalated to the appropriate group, within
Intergraph in the United States, for resolution. The
Trouble Report then remains open until a solution has
been provided.
